Raw Materials
The forged material, in rolled round or bar form, is sourced from approved and certified European suppliers.

tournage
As at each stage of the manufacturing process, the turning stations are doubled to respect the schedule in all circumstances. Each operator evaluates, completes and then transfers his precious know-how to the other members of the team.

Cutting
Carried out on high-performance machines, hobbing is carried out by hobbing, cutter or broaching for straight, helical or chevron, internal or external teeth, from module 0.3 to module 35 and diameters from 5 to 2600 mm.

Heat treatments
For more than 30 years, a close partnership with a network of recognised specialists has enabled us to meet the most stringent requirements :
stabilisation, case-hardening-tempering, nitriding. induction hardening...
On request, the mechanical characteristics are tested by an independent laboratory.

Special Processes
Every day, operators certified and qualified by our customers implement special processes:
- Nital Attack.
- Magnetic resonance imaging [COSAC, Level 2 AND 3].
- Deoxidation.
- Glueing.
- Abral [Super serrated finish].
- Micro-hardness.

Cylindrical grinding
The know-how of the dimensional grinders guarantees the perfect geometrical quality of the part before its teeth are ground. The operations of rectification are carried out in a fully air-conditioned room of 1.000 m2.

Gear grinding
Up to diameter 2600 mm, our high-tech gear grinding machines achieve a quality 4 on the gearing.
The different grinding techniques [master wheel, form wheel or plate wheel] are specific solutions to obtain the following results the required tooth profile.
Gear cutting
Module: 0.5 to 35
Diameter: 10 to 2500mm
Straight, helical, conical gearing, wheels and worms, chevrons, pulleys etc.
Broaching
Equipped with numerous skewers and mortising machines, we can make all types of keys and splines, individually or in series.
Gear grinding
From 10 to 2500mm, we can grind with our Reishauer, MAAG and Gleason machines any type of gearing and obtain a gearing quality of class 4.
